Registration information

Registration to the 2018 New Zealand Melanoma Summit includes:

  • Conference opening and welcome
  • Access to all sessions (except breakfast session)
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days
  • Conference dinner on Friday 2 November 2018
  • Conference programme 

The 2018 New Zealand Melanoma Summit has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 6 and 5.5 CME credits (per session) for the General Practice Educational Programme (GPEP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.  

Pre-Summit meetings

We are seeking expressions of interest to attend pre-Summit meetings on Thursday 1 November 2018. These meetings will be for:

  • Nurses
  • GPs with a special interest in skin cancer
  • Those working in primary prevention and health promotion
  • The Melanoma Research and Therapy Special Interest Group

If you are interested in attending one (or more) of these meetings, please indicate on your registration form. Further details will be provided in due course.  

Terms and conditions

Refunds will only be made on the following basis:

  • Notification of cancellation must be received in writing seven (7) days prior to the conference date for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued within seven (7) days or for non-arrivals.
  • Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise the Registration Co-ordinator Donna Harding immediately in writing of such amendments.
